Shipping Rates
Shipping rates charged are based on flat rate ground shipping with added charges for each additional purchase and are displayed while the shopping cart is active.
Shipping Notification:
We automatically send you an email with your order tracking number when your order ships.
Track Your Shipment:
The Order Status page on our web site is the quickest method for you to get information on the status of your order. When your order ships, we email the shipping information to you by end of each work day, providing you have met cutoff ship times of 2:00 pm CST. This information will include your tracking number and a link for you to click to follow your order’s progress from our facility to yours.
Shipping Methods:
Priority Mail:
Deliveries to residential and commercial addresses in 2 to 4 business days, from product availability in the warehouse. Delivery to some remote addresses may require additional time. Available only to addresses in the
Deliveries to APO/FPO PO Boxes in 2 to 4 business days, from product availability in the warehouse. Available only to military address in the
Ground Service:
Deliveries to residential and commercial address in 3 to 7 business days from availability in the warehouse. Delivery to some remote addresses may take up to 2 additional business days. Available only to addresses in the 48 continental states.
2 Day Service:
Delivery between 12:00pm and 3:00pm of the second business day to most
Next Day Service:
Delivery between 12:00pm and 3:00pm the next business day to most
Next Day AM Service:
Delivery by 10:30 am the next business day to most
Incorrect Shipping Address:
In the event that your order has shippend and contains erroneous shipping address information (provided by you at the time of order) so that the shipper cannot deliver the shipment, we will attempt to correct the address information and re-route the package to you. This may cause a delay in the shipping time and any additional charges by the shipper to ECE AND BBT FASHIONS INC. will automatically be charged to your account.
Non-deliverable Shipping Addresses
WE DO NOT SHIP TO:
· Post Office Boxes
· Private Mail Locations (i.e. PMB Addresses)
· Hotels/Motels etc.
· Trade Shows / Conventions / Conferences
Complete vs. Partial Shipping & Backorder Policy
Occasionally, items shown in stock on our availability page at the time of your order may not be in stock if stock levels drop and another order placed ahead of your has depleted the available inventory. We apologize for this inconvenience.
Our policy is to ship all orders on a complete basis and within 24 hours (usually the same day if received by the cutoff time) of receiving your order. If your order calls for an item that is or has just gone out of stock, we will ship only what is in stock (once a product is out of stock there will be no back orders).
Refused Shipments:
The quickest way for us to process a return for you is for you to accept delivery and then contact us about sending the item back. When you follow this procedure we can credit your account in just a few days.
If shipment is refused, the product goes back to the delivery company and might not get back to us for 2 to 3 weeks. We will be unable to process your return until product is received back in the Warehouse. We highly recommend that your accept delivery of the product and then return the shipment by first obtaining an Authorization number for return.
Missing and/or Damaged Shipments:
We guarantee all signature required deliveries through their respective carriers. Should there be a problem with a package that has been damaged in transit or erroneously confirmed as received, ECE AND BBT FASHIONS INC. will file a claim with the contracted carrier on behalf of the customer, and refund payment or re-ship the item upon the settlement of the claim. Please allow up to 1-2 billing cycles for the settlement of FEDEX/UPS/DHL claims and up to 3-4 months for settlement of USPS claims.
We are unable to refund or reship on standard USPS shipments that do not require a signature, or on any orders damaged due to customer negligence.
Return Policy:
ECE AND BBT FASHIONS INC. offers at our discrepancy a 10 day money back guarantee, for unworn shoes in their original shipping package. A proof of purchase (receipt) will be required for any returned merchandise. On returns after the 10 day period, a store credit will be provided to customer instead of a refund. The store credit will not include sipping and handling fees or taxes (this will be the sole responsibility of the customer).
ECE AND BBT FASHIONS INC. reserve the right to refuse returns or credit for any damage and or worn shoes. We accept no responsibility of lost or stolen merchandise shipped by you the customer to ECE AND BBT FASHIONS INC. as a return. We suggest you take necessary precautions in shipping shoes back to ECE AND BBT FASHIONS INC. We would advise obtaining insurance and a tracking number for the returned product. ECE AND BBT FASHIONS INC. reserve the right not to accept any package that is not shipped in its original packaging.
After 30 days there is a point of “No return of Merchandise.”
